At FixMobile.in, we stand by the quality of our repairs and services. We offer a 180-day limited warranty on eligible repairs to ensure our customers receive reliable service and peace of mind. Please read our warranty terms carefully to understand what’s covered and what is not.


How to Claim Warranty

To claim your warranty, please email us at:

Include the following details:

  • Your name and contact number

  • Service order number

  • A copy/photo of the repair invoice

  • Description of the issue you’re facing

Resolution Time

Once we receive your request, our support team will acknowledge it via email and typically resolve the issue within 24 to 48 hours. Our goal is to offer a quick and smooth resolution.


What the Warranty Covers

Our 180-day warranty covers:

  • Hardware issues directly related to the repair performed by FixMobile.in

  • Screen/display malfunctions such as touch unresponsiveness, dead pixels, or blank screen — only if there’s no external damage

  • Functional issues arising without external force or physical interference


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply in the following situations:

🛑 Physical or Accidental Damage

  • Cracked or shattered screens after the repair

  • Damage from accidental drops or mishandling

  • Bent, twisted, or broken device frames after service

💧 Water or Liquid Damage

  • Any form of water or liquid exposure post-repair voids the warranty

🛠️ Unauthorized Repair Attempts

  • Tampering with internal components or attempting self-repair

  • Opening the device after it has been serviced by us

⚙️ Software & Device Issues

  • Software-related issues not associated with our repair

  • Jailbroken or rooted devices

  • Performance issues linked to pre-existing manufacturing defects

🔍 Hidden or Subsequent Issues

  • Damage discovered after opening the device due to critical internal damage

  • Internal component failure not visible during initial inspection

Note: If your device had severe frame damage or prior water damage noted before the repair, any malfunction caused by such issues is not covered.

Our technicians conduct a thorough diagnostic check during and after repairs. However, internal issues may arise due to prior unseen damage or stress on the device. FixMobile.in is not liable for such post-repair complications if they stem from pre-existing conditions or further misuse.
